Finished work is fine, getting there was not
The house is solid and the structure passed inspection without issues. But we were six weeks past the agreed turnover, updates only came when we chased, and the crew left for another site twice mid-job.
Reply from the provider
We over-committed last quarter and you felt it. We have stopped taking new starts until our current sites are handed over.

Reasonable price, patchy scheduling
Good value for a three-storey shell and core. Expect to follow up on dates yourself.
