Finished close to schedule and explained every change
They built our two-storey house from our architect’s plans and handled the permit. The site engineer sent photos every week and flagged the two change orders before doing anything, so we were never surprised by a bill. Turnover slipped by about ten days because of the rain, which felt fair.

Good work, slow at the start
Renovation of our old house came out well and the crew cleaned up daily, which mattered because we stayed in the other half. Mobilisation took about three weeks longer than we expected after signing.
